1、 Usage and characteristics:

The acid mist exhaust gas is introduced into the purification tower through an air duct, passes through a packing layer, and undergoes gas-liquid two-phase contact absorption and neutralization reaction with sodium hydroxide solution. After purification, the acid mist exhaust gas is dehydrated and defogged by a defogging plate before being discharged into the atmosphere by a fan. The absorption liquid is pressurized by a water pump at the bottom of the tower, sprayed down from the top of the tower, and finally refluxed to the bottom for recycling. Activated carbon fiberglass purification tower is a purification product for gas recovery. It uses the adsorption property of activated carbon to purify gas, attracting and attaching the adsorbate of organic waste gas molecules to the surface of the adsorbent. It can adsorb organic solvents such as benzene, alcohol, ketone, ester, gasoline, etc. It is more suitable for the treatment of high air volume and low concentration waste gas, and is suitable for industries such as electronics, chemical industry, light industry, rubber, machinery, ships, automobiles, and petroleum. Activated carbon purification tower has a wide range of adsorption properties and a large capacity. It has a high adsorption capacity for organic vapors such as gasoline, aldehydes, phenols, alcohols, olefins, etc. It has good adsorption properties for inorganic gases (such as No, N, S, S, HF, HCL, etc.) and strong adsorption capacity for COD, BOD, and oil in aqueous solutions.
