3、 Working principle and composition:
The activated carbon adsorption tower is mainly composed of an inlet section, tower body, filter element, differential pressure gauge, outlet section, etc
The workshop contains organic gases or particulate matter that are collected by a gas collection hood. The organic gases are transported through pipelines into the activated carbon tower. When the organic gases enter the tower, the wind speed decreases gradually, and the larger particles and impurities contained in the gas naturally settle into the bottom of the tower. The organic gases dissolved in the gas flow into the activated carbon filter layer along with the gas flow. When the organic gases enter the carbon layer, they are adsorbed by the activated carbon, and the dried air enters through the carbon layer. The gas is mechanically self absorbed and discharged into the atmosphere During the adsorption process of the activated carbon layer, the carbon will have a saturation period, and the length of the activated carbon saturation process is directly related to the concentration of gas contained inside the gas itself and the length of working time.
