2、 Working principle:
Activated carbon adsorbs waste gas molecules: During the activation process, activated carbon gradually forms a huge surface area and complex pore structure. The surface area of activated carbon is mainly provided by micropores. Activated carbon adsorption can be divided into physical adsorption and chemical adsorption, and the adsorption process is carried out in these pores and on the surface. The porous structure of activated carbon provides a large surface area, making it very easy to achieve the purpose of absorbing and collecting waste gas. _Like magnetism, all molecules have mutual attraction. Because of this, a large number of molecules on the pore walls of activated carbon can generate strong attraction, thereby achieving the goal of attracting the spray paint exhaust gas in the medium into the pore size, which is physical adsorption. _It is pointed out that the diameter of these adsorbed exhaust gas molecules should be smaller than the pore size of activated carbon, so that impurities can be absorbed into the pore size. Activated carbon not only contains carbon, but also has a small amount of chemically bound oxygen and hydrogen in the form of functional groups on its surface, such as carboxyl groups, hydroxyl groups, phenols, lipids, quinones, ethers, etc. These surface oxides or complexes can undergo chemical reactions with the adsorbed substances, thereby binding and accumulating on the surface of activated carbon. _After post-treatment, the exhaust gas is drawn by a centrifugal fan at the rear end to form negative pressure, and is safely and compliantly discharged into the atmosphere from a chimney 15 meters above the ground.
