1. Product Overview

The accumulator control valve group is mainly installed between the accumulator and the hydraulic system, consisting of shut-off valves, safety valves, and unloading valves, etc. It is used to control the on/off, overflow, unloading, and other aspects of the accumulator. It has the characteristics of compact structure, strong performance, flexible connection, and easy operation. Unloading can be done manually or through electromagnetic means.

① It is possible to set the safe working pressure of the animal energy device, or to supply and maintain pressure in the hydraulic system;

② Used to control the flow passage between the livestock energy device and the hydraulic system;

③ When the livestock energy device supplies liquid to the system or the system fills the livestock energy device with liquid, open the manual ball valve to absorb pulsation, compensate for capacity and other working conditions. Close the manual ball valve when it is necessary to stop working or conduct maintenance with the livestock energy device;

④ If necessary, manual unloading valve or electromagnetic unloading can be used for unloading.

　　4. Structural principle and external dimensions

The accumulator control valve group consists of three main valve bodies: a high-pressure ball core globe valve, a direct control overflow valve, and a small globe valve. The globe valve is a manual main switch valve, the overflow valve serves as a safety valve (used to set the maximum mechanical pressure), and the globe valve is a relief valve. The three valve bodies coordinate with each other to form an indispensable part of the accumulator circuit in the hydraulic system.
