The challenge faced by ATOS is that compact ATOS-Q sensors have a wide range of applications. It solves complex measurement and inspection tasks in manual, semi-automatic, or fully automatic operation of ATOS ScanBox 4105.

Manual

Weighing only 4 kilograms, the compact design of ATOS-Q is lightweight and can be easily moved. It can be used to move on a tripod in the measurement room during production.

Combined with a tripod or desk stand and GOM ROT 350 rotating table or electric kit, ATOS-Q can be used for semi-automatic operation.

ATOS-Q achieves the highest efficiency in ATOS with ScanBox 4105. This system can achieve serial quality control with high throughput and high process reliability.

ATOS-Q is a flexible 3D scanner for complex measurement and inspection tasks across different industries. Interchangeable lenses ensure high-precision measurement of small to medium-sized parts. Thanks to the maximum measurement volume, it is easy to move from the smallest changes to a fixed camera position.

Two versions

ATOS-Q has 12M and 8M versions of sensors that can capture 2 x 12 million or 2 x 8 million coordinate points during scanning with precision. Resolution and measurement area size can be freely defined.
