product details
A23-14 Ozone Calibration Gas Generator A23-14 Ozone is widely used in fields such as water treatment, odor control, and food production. In these fields, a large number of ozone gas online detectors need to be applied, so the calibration of the sensors of these on-site online detectors is particularly important.
ATI's A23-14 is a portable ozone calibration device that can produce calibration standard ozone gas with a concentration below 1 ppm. This calibration device uses a compressed air bottle to provide clean air to the ultraviolet light generation unit, where ultraviolet light is irradiated onto the air to produce ozone gas. *The quantified ozone gas and a constant flow rate of air are transported through a carbon fluoride tube to the sensor of the ozone detector to be calibrated.
The operation of this device is very simple. Just power on the UV light generator and open the valve on the air bottle to a fixed position to maintain stable air flow. This will produce a certain standard concentration of ozone gas, usually 0.8 ppm. Generally, each device needs to undergo testing and calibration before leaving the factory, and the precise value of the actual production ozone concentration should be marked on it.
The basic configuration of this calibration device is: a UV or other ultraviolet light generator, a 1 O3 lifting gas cylinder with a flow valve, and a 0.9-meter gas delivery pipe.
