1、 Overview
The ARSLWQ-D temperature and pressure compensation gas turbine flowmeter is a new generation of high-precision and highly reliable gas precision measuring instrument that integrates temperature, pressure, flow sensors, and intelligent flow integrators. It has absorbed advanced flow instrument technologies from both domestic and foreign sources, optimized and designed, and integrated theories of gas mechanics, fluid mechanics, electromagnetics, etc. It has excellent low-pressure and high-pressure measuring performance, multiple signal output modes, and low sensitivity to fluid disturbances. It is widely used for measuring gases such as natural gas, coal to gas, liquefied gas, and light hydrocarbon gas.
This product has been inspected and approved by the national explosion-proof product quality inspection department in accordance with the standards of GB3836.2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 1: General Requirements", GB3836.2-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 2: Explosion proof Type" d "", and GB3836.4-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 4: Intrinsic Safety Type" i ". The explosion-proof marks are Exd Ⅱ BT6 (Explosion proof Type) and Exia Ⅱ CT6 (Honan Type). Applicable to Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas containing explosive gas mixtures of Class IIA, IIB, and IIC temperature groups T1 to T6 (only intrinsic safety type).
This series of flow meters adopts advanced ultra-low power single-chip microcomputer technology to develop a new intelligent instrument that integrates turbine flow sensors and display integration. Through a microprocessor unit, the signals collected by the temperature and pressure detection simulation channel and flow sensor channel are compensated for temperature and pressure according to the gas path, and the compression factor is automatically corrected. All data (instantaneous flow rate, daily cumulative flow rate, total cumulative flow rate, temperature, pressure, time, date, battery power) is intuitively displayed on the LCD display, and various communication signals such as working conditions, standard condition pulse signals, 4-20mA, RS485, IC card signals, etc. can be output.
The instrument adopts a dual power supply mode of built-in lithium battery and external 24VDC. When the user does not need any signal output function, there is no need to provide external 24VDC power to the instrument. The instrument automatically switches to the built-in lithium battery power supply, and the battery can work continuously for more than 3 years.
This type of turbine flowmeter is an explosion-proof product with an explosion-proof rating of ExdIIBT6.

4、 Instrument selection

1. Selection instructions

When selecting, users should reasonably choose the model and specifications of the flowmeter based on the nominal pressure of the pipeline, the maximum pressure of the medium, the temperature of the medium, the composition of the medium, the flow range, and the signal output requirements.
To achieve optimal performance of the flowmeter, the flow rate range should be within the Qmax range of (20% to 80%), which is more appropriate.
