Brief introduction
The AN-WQSTU turbidity sensor is based on the combined infrared absorption scattering light method and can continuously and accurately measure turbidity using the ISO7027 method. According to ISO7027 infrared double scattering light technology, turbidity values are determined without being affected by chromaticity. According to the usage environment, it can be optionally equipped with self-cleaning function. Stable data and reliable performance; Built in self diagnosis function to ensure accurate data; Installation and calibration are simple.
It can be widely used for turbidity monitoring in sewage treatment plants, water treatment plants, water stations, surface water, industrial and other fields.
2、 Working principle
The turbidity sensor is equipped with an infrared tube packaged with IR958 and PT958. When light passes through a certain amount of water, the amount of light transmitted depends on the degree of water pollution. The more polluted the water, the less light passes through. The light receiving end converts the transmitted light intensity into the corresponding current size. The more transmitted light, the higher the current, and vice versa. By measuring the current at the receiving end, the degree of water pollution can be calculated.
