The AGP200 centrifuge and reaction vessel oxygen analysis system, as production equipment, have been widely used in the pharmaceutical and pesticide industries. Due to the special situations, processes, and media used in these industries, the feeding materials are mostly flammable and explosive. During the operation of centrifuges and reaction vessels, they are prone to fire and explosion. Therefore, it is necessary to control the oxygen content in the inner cavity to prevent danger.
The current common solutions are nitrogen replacement or installation of a simple oxygen content analyzer. Due to the particularity of the industry, the materials used in centrifuges and reactors are mostly organic solvents such as benzene, alcohols, and lipids, which are highly corrosive to oxygen sensors and cause the instruments to malfunction. Therefore, special customized pre-treatment systems are required.

Select AG series electrochemical oxygen analyzer, with a range of 0-25% VOL, and the alarm value can be freely set.
Design a customized pretreatment system based on on-site process parameters, using measures such as gas washing, condensation, filtration, and drying to remove the effects of water, impurities, organic solvents, etc. on the sensor.
Equipped with interlocking devices such as solenoid valves, AC contactors, and sound and light alarms, when the oxygen concentration exceeds the preset alarm value, it can achieve functions such as alarm reminder, automatic nitrogen filling and replacement, or shutdown protection.
It has standard output signals such as 4-20mA/RS485 and is compatible with various PLC/DCS systems.
