Details of Plastic Granulation Production Line
Mainly suitable for pre crushed hard plastic waste, the material includesHDPE, LDPE, PP, PA, PC, PU, PBU, ABS and others.
This granulation production line can also process lightweight soft waste, including pre crushed film waste,PP drawing material, PP/PE weaving material, PE foam material, etc. It can be fed into the extrusion section for melting and mixing through a high-pressure feeding auxiliary device.
1The cylinder body is made of 45 # forged steel with wear-resistant alloy sleeve (or made of integral 38CrMoAlA nitride steel and treated with nitride), which is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and has a long service life.
2The screw is made of alloy steel, vacuum quenched or nitrided heat treated, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, with a long service life.
3The radial bearings of the output shaft of the gearbox are made of German INA bearings, and the main shaft is made of special alloy material with carburizing treatment. The gearbox is equipped with an oil cooling system to ensure efficient and long-term stable operation.
4The heater adopts cast aluminum or cast copper electric heater for heating, equipped with insulation module, energy-saving and durable.
5Japanese RKC dual channel PID digital intelligent temperature control instrument, INVT constant torque AC frequency converter speed regulation, vacuum exhaust, cylinder with soft water cooling system, stainless steel water tank, blow dryer, granulator, electrical control cabinet, etc.
6In addition, it can be equipped with dual station high flow plate hydraulic screen changer and mobile hydraulic oil station. According to different materials, different granulation auxiliary machines can be configured to form different granulation production lines, as shown in the following figure:

Melt filtration and screen replacement system
Suitable and easy to operate filtration systems can be selected based on the condition of the raw materials to filter out dirty materials and ensure the purity of the final particles. Optional:
a. Laser screen changer - automatic scraping technology, can effectively extend the frequency of customer cleaning the filter screen and reduce the number of filter screen replacements
b. Backwash screen changer - automatically cleans the filter screen, greatly extending the frequency of filter screen replacement and reducing manual labor
c. Column type large-area screen changer - with a larger filtering area and automatic hydraulic screen changer.
d. Plate type screen changer - simple and easy to operate, recyclable filter screen, cost saving, suitable for coarse and fine filtration.
Strip cutting system
The strip cutting system includes a cooling water tank, strong wind drying, and a cutting machine. The cooling water tank is used to cool the plastic strips pulled out by the extruder.
