Maintenance free thrust free rotary compensator is a displacement compensation device used for heating network pipelines, mainly composed of inner and outer pipes, sealing fillers, and spring compression devices. Its feature is that the spring compresses the flange and the inner pipe with high-precision machining to achieve a small clearance between them. This utility model uses two to three combinations to absorb and compensate for the axial displacement and axial thrust of the heating network pipeline. The product has good sealing performance and does not require shutdown maintenance. Moreover, the product adopts precision machining, which makes the coordination between product parts more reasonable and the assembly more accurate, ensuring the concentricity of the product. The product's ability to withstand angular and lateral displacement is greatly improved, and its stability is good, which enhances the safety and sealing of the product.

Rotary compensator is a new type of compensator for thermal expansion compensation in thermal pipelines. The structure of a rotary compensator mainly consists of integral sealing seat, sealing cover, large and small heads, anti friction centering bearings, sealing materials, rotating cylinder and other components. When installed on a thermal pipeline, two or more components need to be paired together to form relative rotation and absorb thermal displacement of the pipeline, thereby reducing pipeline stress.

Advantages of rotary compensator:

1. The compensation amount is large and can be arranged according to the natural terrain and pipeline strength. A large compensator can compensate for a 500m pipe section;

6. The rotary compensator can be installed on steam buried pipes and hot water buried pipes, which can greatly save investment and improve operational safety.

Rotary compensators are generally installed on pipelines at a distance of 150-500m (which can be determined according to natural terrain), with more than ten installation forms, and the layout can be determined according to the direction of the pipeline. After adopting this type of compensator, the spacing between the fixed brackets increases. To avoid bending of the pipe section, guide brackets should be appropriately added. To reduce the frictional resistance during the operation of the pipe section, rolling supports should be installed on the sliding brackets.
