The use of rotary tiller:

1. At the beginning of the task, the rotary tiller should be in a raised state. First, the power output shaft should be combined to increase the speed of the blade shaft to the rated speed, and then the rotary tiller should be lowered to gradually insert the blades into the soil to the desired depth. It is strictly prohibited to combine the power output shaft or sharply lower the rotary tiller after the blade enters the soil, in order to avoid bending or breaking the blade and increasing the load on the tractor.
2. In homework, it is advisable to travel at a low speed as much as possible, which can ensure the quality of the work, make the soil chunks finer, and reduce the wear and tear of the machinery. Pay attention to whether there is any noise or metal tapping sound from the rotary tiller, and observe the situation of broken soil and plowing depth. If there is any abnormality, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection. Only after troubleshooting can the operation continue.
When turning on the ground, it is forbidden to work. The rotary tiller should be raised to lift the blades off the ground and reduce the throttle to avoid damaging the blades. When lifting the rotary tiller, the tilt angle of the universal joint should be less than 30 degrees. If it is too large, it will produce impact noise, causing premature wear or damage.
When reversing, crossing embankments, and transferring land parcels, the rotary tiller should be lifted to the highest position and the power should be cut off to avoid damaging the machinery. If transferring to a distance, replace the rotary tiller blade with an upward wheel or fix the rotary tiller with a locking device.
5. After each shift, the rotary tiller should be maintained. Remove dirt and weeds from the blade, check the fastening of all connecting parts, add lubricating oil to each lubrication point, and add butter to the universal joint to prevent further wear and better protect the tool's service life.
