The entire box of this waterproof testing equipment adopts an integral structure, divided into three parts: upper, lower, and right. The upper part is the working room, the lower part is the mechanical room, and the right side is the electrical control cabinet. 9k high-pressure rain test chamberThe sample rack is designed to carry a load of 30 kilograms and rotate 360 degrees horizontally. The transmission device is designed reasonably and manufactured precisely. It is driven by a stepper motor and a reducer, and the speed can be directly set on the touch screen instrument. It is controlled by a PLC controller, and the operation is simple, avoiding the inaccuracy and tedious manual adjustment of similar equipment based on intuition in the past. The turntable is equipped with a power supply system, and the sample can be powered during the rotating test process: the lower part of the turntable is equipped with a conductive slip ring, and the specimen can be connected to an external DC 10A, 10-24V power supply without affecting the rotation of the turntable, with a voltage drop of less than 2V

The equipment is equipped with a sufficiently large water tank for spraying water. The water suction motor injects water pressure from the water tank into the pipeline, and by adjusting the pressure relief valve, it maintains the specified flow rate and pressure and sprays out from the nozzle. The water pump is a high-pressure plunger pump, and the nozzle is an imported atomizing fan-shaped nozzle

Flow meter: An electromagnetic flow meter is used, consisting of an electromagnetic flow sensor and an electromagnetic flow converter. It works based on the Faraday electromagnetic current response principle and can be used to measure the flow rate of experimental water flow. It can achieve control, adjustment, display, and accumulation of flow rate. Output a 4-20mADC signal through a converter, connect it to the central controller, be controlled by it, and display it.
