IIIUsage

1When using this instrument, first check if the random accessories are complete, then install the fixtures in order and plug in the temperature control probe for backup.

2Place the oil or other solution required for the experiment in a stainless steel pot (over an electric heating tube), add a stirrer, and place the temperature sensor probe vertically in the solution to wait for work. Add the solution to a stainless steel pot and then place it in other containers such as beakers or triangular flasks for stirring, heating, and waiting for work.

3Plug in the power, turn on the power switch, and the indicator light will turn on to indicate that the power is connected. Adjust the speed control knob from left to right (from low speed to high speed) to select the speed you need for mixing. It is not allowed to start directly at high speed to avoid the mixing element being out of sync and causing jumping.

4Temperature setting: Press the SET key to set the temperature. Press the SET key to flash the data on the lower digital display (normal temperature measurement on the upper display), indicating that the instrument has entered the temperature setting state. Press the △ key to increase the set value, press the ▽ key to decrease the set value, and continue to press the increase or decrease key to quickly change the set value. Press the SET key again to return the instrument to normal working state. The temperature setting is complete.

Correction of sensor errors: When confirming that the value displayed on the instrument is not the correct measurement value, the displayed value can be corrected. Press the SET key for 3 seconds to enter the inner menu of the instrument panel. After selecting parameter SC, use the △ or ▽ keys to modify this parameter. The range for correcting sensor errors is+50 to -50. After the correction is complete, press the SET button for 3 seconds to exit. The correction value of the instrument is 0 when it leaves the factory. When using it, it is necessary to prevent correcting the instrument that displays correctly to be incorrect.

TFor the heating output cycle, which is the working cycle of the relay, a small T value has good control effect, but a too small T value will reduce the lifespan of the relay due to frequent operation. Generally, the T value is taken as 20-60 seconds.

matters needing attention:

1)If the measured temperature differs greatly from the actual temperature, it is generally due to the use of the wrong sensor. Please place the sensor in boiling water, and the instrument should display 100 ℃. Otherwise, check if the sensor matches the instrument input type *.

2)The instrument display is normal, but the temperature suddenly loses control. It is necessary to check whether there is a short circuit or open circuit in the external load.

3)The instrument displays HHH when the measured value exceeds the instrument range or the thermocouple is disconnected, and displays LLL when the measured value is below the lower limit of the instrument range or the thermocouple is connected incorrectly.

5When not working, the power should be cut off. To ensure safety, please connect the ground wire when using.

6The instrument should be kept clean and dry, and it is strictly prohibited to heat the stainless steel pot without adding solution to avoid burning out the heater.

4precautions

1When the stirrer jumps or does not stir during mixing, please cut off the power and check if the bottom of the beaker is flat and the position is correct Please also test if the current power supply is between 220V ± 10V, otherwise the above situation will occur.

2Medium speed operation can work continuously for 8 hours, while high-speed operation can work continuously for 4 hours.

3This instrument must not be heated separately without stirring.When in a working state, there should be a dedicated person to take care of it.

4The temperature control probe should be placed in a beaker solution and should not be used to measure the temperature of a stainless steel workbench to avoid damaging the thermistor
