951 waterproof coating is based on VAE and acrylic acid copolymer lotion as the base material, modified and configured by a specific process. It has the characteristics of high elasticity of organic materials and good durability of inorganic materials, and its comprehensive performance has reached the advanced level of similar products in China. Approved as a recommended product for use by the China Construction Industry Association.

1. Water based, single component, color adjustable, non-toxic and odorless, easy to construct, environmentally friendly polymer waterproof material.
After coating, a seamless rubber layer with high elongation and tensile strength is formed, which has good waterproof effect.
The seamless connection of liquid construction at room temperature is particularly advantageous for construction sites with complex shapes and structures that prohibit open flames.

Grassroots treatment:The grassroots must be flat, firm, clean, without visible water, and the internal and external corners should be curved. The old roof should be cleaned of the original cracked and bulging waterproof roof and dust, the low-lying and damaged areas should be leveled, and the leak proof areas should be sealed first. The base layer should be flat and free of visible water. Special areas such as water outlets and separation joints should first undergo flexible sealing treatment. The painting procedure generally starts with the internal and external corners, then the vertical surface, and finally large-scale construction.
Bottom construction:Mix water and paint in a 1:3 weight ratio, stir evenly before use. The use of primer can improve the permeability of the coating to the base layer and enhance the bonding strength.
Apply paint:The construction can be carried out by rolling, scraping, or brushing methods, and it is advisable to use the thin layer multiple coating method. Each coating should not be too thick, generally divided into 3-4 coats, with a total thickness of 1.5-2.0mm. The coating can only be applied after it has dried and formed a film. Weak links should be reinforced with tire body materials. After each coating is dry, a construction quality inspection should be carried out. If there are any omissions or bulges, they should be repaired.
