The saline injection machine adopts a dual speed motor as the power source, and the cam and rocker arm cooperate to drive the needle frame up and down. When the needle holder descends, the saline valve automatically opens and injection begins. When the needle holder rises, the saline valve automatically closes, and the injected meat is returned through the return plate, while the conveyor belt moves forward through mechanical transmission. The injected meat chunks are transported by a conveyor belt into the front container. Repeat this process in a loop.
The liquid supply system of this machine adopts a medium pressure high flow liquid supply pump. For ease of cleaning, a separate structure is adopted between the main engine and the water tank.
