1. This boiler absorbs the advantages of quick installation boilers: the upper large components consist of the boiler body, upper furnace wall, and insulation layer, while the lower large components consist of a chain grate and coal hopper, making installation easy, with a short cycle and low cost.
2. The boiler has a compact structure, occupies a small area, and has a beautiful and elegant appearance. The boiler room only requires a simple layer layout, and the investment in infrastructure projects is low.
3. This boiler is easy to operate, runs smoothly, heats up and boosts pressure quickly, has sufficient output, and is suitable for coal plants.
4. The boiler is equipped with a complete set of thermal detection instruments, electronic control console, drum, and induced draft fan, and the grate speed can be automatically operated. The boiler outlet temperature is equipped with an over temperature protection device, which can automatically cut off the drum, induced draft fan, and stop the grate rotation when the water temperature exceeds the specified limit or the circulating water pump suddenly stops. The boiler is equipped with an over pressure alarm and automatic water level adjustment device.
5. The boiler adopts a double sided air supply device with a compartment type, and each air chamber can be independently adjusted, with small air leakage and strong adjustability, which can better adapt to the requirements of the combustion characteristics of the chain grate.
