2、 Types 8-09 and 9-12 High Pressure Centrifugal Ventilators - Types and Structures
The 8-09 type fan has three machine numbers, namely No. 7.1D, No. 8D, and No. 9D. The 9-12 type fan has two machine numbers, No. 8D and No. 9D, both of which are single suction, clockwise or counterclockwise rotation, D-type transmission, and integral structure. Compared with other types of fans, the fan not only has impellers, casings, air inlets, and transmission groups, but also seals and integral bases to prevent internal leakage. The integral base enables the fan to be assembled as a whole. Users can use anchor bolts to fix the base to the foundation according to their usage, or install elastic shock absorbers under the base and place it directly on ordinary cement ground without the need for a dedicated foundation for the fan and motor.

3、 Selection of accessories and ordering instructions for 8-09 and 9-12 centrifugal fans
Before selecting a fan, users should measure the actual working conditions (referring to pressure parameters) of the blast furnace, and choose the appropriate fan according to the melting rate and required air pressure of the blast furnace, so that the selected fan meets the actual needs and avoids mismatches.
