The 7300w2 controller is the core of the WaterWatch2 series products, designed to connect all sensors within the WaterWatch2 range. Under the original settings, the controller can connect any two types of sensors, and through the expansion box system, it can connect more sensors, up to a maximum of 240. In practical applications, connecting too many sensors will increase the number of cables. It is recommended to connect up to 8 sensors per 7300m2 controller. All sensors and controllers use RS485 digital communication, and any sensor connected only needs to automatically search without any configuration. In practical applications, it not only makes the system more stable and reliable, but also extremely convenient to operate.

When measuring multiple parameters simultaneously, such as dissolved oxygen and sludge concentration in activated sludge detection, or pH and turbidity in applications where sensors are installed in close proximity to the outlet, integrated sensors provide a very cost-effective method. In the future, there will be no need to replace the controller for increasing measurement points or parameters. Only additional sensors need to be added and the sensors need to be searched again. Using a single instrument to connect multiple sensors simultaneously can facilitate on-site engineers to compare data and maintain equipment.

The communication between sensors and controllers is digital, and all configuration and calibration data are stored inside the sensors. When any sensor is replaced, this means that calibration and configuration data can be saved, and data can also be copied from one sensor to another, which will greatly save configuration and maintenance time. The user interface is very intuitive, which will save operation time and avoid the need for very complex professional training.
