QZ submersible axial flow pump
Brief introduction
The QZ submersible axial flow pump is an upgraded product of traditional split type units. The electric motor driving the water pump is a dry fully enclosed submersible three-phase asynchronous motor. The water pump and motor of this unit are coaxial and integrated, and can operate underwater for a long time, with a series of advantages that traditional units cannot match.
Due to the integration of the water pump and motor, which can be submerged in water at the same time, there is no need for labor-intensive installation on site. The time-consuming assembly process of aligning the axis of the machine and pump is easy and fast to install on site.
Submerged operation of electric pumps can greatly simplify the civil structure of pump stations, reduce installation footprint, and save 30% -40% of the civil engineering cost of pump station structures.
The electric pump operates underwater with low noise, good motor cooling effect, no high temperature or noise interference in the pump station, improving the working environment of the pump station. At the same time, a fully underground pumping station can be constructed as required to maintain the environmental appearance of the ground.
Easy to operate and flexible, the unit can be turned on and off at any time, without the need to lubricate the rubber bearings of the water pump before starting, making it easy to achieve remote and automatic control.
The unit is easy to assemble and disassemble, and easy to maintain.
The use of this unit is the most thorough method to solve the flood control problem of pump stations in areas with large water level fluctuations along the Yangtze River and lakes, eliminating the long axis between the pump and motor and improving operational safety and reliability.
If frequency conversion control is used, it can adapt to changes in water level and automatically control the input power of the motor, achieving the goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction.
Remote control can also be achieved by establishing a central control room, truly realizing the modernization of pump station management.
2、 Product Features
Cable: Mining cables with thick rubber insulation layer are used, which are not easily damaged during use.
Junction box: It is an explosion-proof sealed structure, and even if water enters the junction box due to special reasons, it will not enter the motor chamber, making the sealing more reliable.
Bearing: Adopting SKF bearings from Switzerland
Motor: F-class insulation, protection level IP68, with anti condensation device
Protection monitoring system: 1. Motor overheating protection (winding), using PTC components; 2. Motor chamber water ingress protection; 3. Oil chamber water ingress protection; 4. Bearing over temperature protection
Cooling system: Pump water flows through the motor casing, effectively cooling the motor.
Mechanical seal: Double or triple mechanical seals can effectively prevent water from seeping into the motor. Different materials of modules are selected according to the different working media of the pump, resulting in a long service life.
Impeller: Adopting optimized mixed flow or axial flow adjustable blades, with a wide range of applications to meet different needs. Made of stainless steel material, it can withstand corrosion for a long time.
