1、 Product Features and Applications
This product is suitable for high-voltage flat cables used for connecting stackers, reclaimers, and transformers on AC rated voltage 6/10KV material yards and docks. The conductor adopts a tin plated soft core structure, and the conductor insulation adopts imported silicone rubber insulation material. The cable has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, cold resistance, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, and soft wear resistance and tensile strength. The cable can be designed and compiled according to user needs by adding multi-core control cables and fiber optic communication to make high-voltage power, multi-core control, and fiber optic communication combination flat cables. The product is widely used in industries such as power, metallurgy, petrochemicals, mining, cement, shipbuilding, ports, and mobile equipment manufacturing.

3、 Usage characteristics
1. Rated AC voltage: U0/U 6/10KV; High operating temperature: 180 ℃; Very low ambient temperature: fixed installation -60 ℃;
2. The temperature for cable installation and laying should not be lower than -25 ℃.
4、 Main technical indicators
1. The DC resistance of the finished cable conductor (Class R) meets the requirements of GB3956;
2. The insulation resistance at 20 ℃ shall not be less than 50M Ω/KM;
3. The finished cable shall withstand AC 50Hz 15KV/5min voltage test without breakdown.
