Technical Features
- The shell is entirely made of aluminum alloy, making the product lightweight.
- Full synchronous transmission assembly: Five forward gears and one reverse gear are all equipped with locking ring synchronizers, and the low-speed gear is equipped with locking ring multi cone ring synchronizers, with a large synchronization capacity, achieving smooth, flexible, and reliable shifting;
- Standard international gear, equipped with a single fork shaft shift mechanism for clear gear selection and shifting, providing a comfortable driving experience for sedans. Five reverse gears adopt interlocking mechanism;
- All gears are made of slender teeth, helical gears, hard tooth grinding technology, and reinforced treatment, making this product have the characteristics of low noise and high transmission efficiency;
- Separate bearings and other clutch mechanisms are lubricated with external (three locations) oil injection points, ensuring high reliability;
