Thermal oil electric heater is a new, safe, efficient and energy-saving special industrial furnace that can provide high-temperature heat energy at low pressure (normal pressure or lower pressure). It uses thermal oil as the heat carrier, circulates the heat carrier through a hot oil pump, and transfers heat to the heating equipment.

The electric heating heat transfer oil system consists of an explosion-proof electric heater, organic heat carrier furnace, heat exchanger (if any), on-site explosion-proof operation box, hot oil pump, expansion tank, etc., which are combined into one pry block. Users only need to connect the power supply, medium inlet and outlet pipelines, and some electrical interfaces to use it.

For a heat transfer oil electric heater, heat is generated and transmitted by an electric heating element immersed in the heat transfer oil. Using the heat transfer oil as a medium, a circulation pump is used to force the heat transfer oil to circulate in the liquid phase, transferring the heat to one or more heating devices. After being unloaded by the heating devices, the heat is re circulated through the circulation pump back to the heater, and then absorbed and transferred to the heating devices. This process repeats itself, achieving continuous heat transfer and raising the temperature of the heated object to meet the heating process requirements.

1. Controllable silicon

The thyristor control panel adjusts the power of the electric heater, reduces the power density of the components, and causes the operation of the electric heater in the cooler. This reduction in power density will prolong the lifespan of the electric heater and prevent fluid degradation when the flow rate decreases. For gas applications and one-way flowing liquids that require strict control, it is recommended to use thyristor control.

2. Power supply (off/on)

close/Open control is very suitable for oil tank applications. Immersion heaters can be directly inserted into the tank, or the fluid can circulate in a closed loop. The most common applications are antifreeze and viscosity control.

3. Combination of thyristor/contactor

For many large loads, full thyristor control is not practical. For these applications, the combination of thyristor and contactor control is a good choice for tight control with fluctuating demands. With the increase in demand, thyristors willRaise the temperature until a whole row of contactor circuits are connected. Then the thyristor will 'rise' and repeat the process until a steady state is achieved.

4. Board material

The control panel is made of carbon steel,304SS and 316SS.
