Product Introduction
Raymond mill is an efficient closed-loop high-precision powder milling equipment suitable for small and medium-sized mining, chemical, building materials, metallurgy, refractory materials, pharmaceuticals, cement and other industries. It is a new type of powder mill that replaces ball mills for powder processing. Its output and energy consumption meet national standards and are at the advanced level in China, receiving high praise from users in various industries.
This product adopts the advanced structure of similar foreign products and is updated and improved based on the design of a large Raymond mill. This equipment has higher efficiency, lower power consumption, smaller footprint, and smaller one-time investment compared to ball mills. The grinding roller is tightly pressed against the grinding ring under the action of centrifugal force, so when the grinding roller and grinding ring wear to a certain thickness, it does not affect the yield and fineness of the finished product. The replacement cycle of grinding rollers and grinding rings is long, thus eliminating the disadvantage of short replacement cycle of vulnerable parts in centrifugal crushers. The air flow of this machine is circulated within the fan, grinding shell, cyclone separator, and fan, resulting in less dust compared to high-speed centrifugal crushers. The operation workshop is clean and the environment is pollution-free.
Purpose and scope of application:
This product is suitable for processing over 300 types of non flammable and explosive minerals such as barite, calcite, potassium feldspar, talc, marble, limestone, dolomite, fluorite, lime, activated white clay, activated carbon, bentonite, kaolin, cement, phosphate rock, gypsum, glass, manganese ore, titanium ore, copper ore, chromium ore, refractory materials, insulation materials, coal coke, coal powder, carbon black, ceramics, bone powder, titanium dioxide, iron oxide, quartz, etc., with a Mohs hardness not exceeding level 7 and humidity below 6%. The finished product particle size can be adjusted freely within the range of 80-325 mesh, and some materials can reach up to 600 mesh.
Performance characteristics
1. During the operation of the grinder, there should be fixed personnel to supervise it. The operators must have a certain level of technical knowledge and proficiency. Before installing the grinder, the user must provide technical training to the operation, maintenance, and electrical personnel according to the specific conditions of the factory. Only when they are familiar with the performance and principles of the machine can they operate it.
2. The user unit should establish equipment maintenance and safety regulations based on the usage of the grinder to ensure its long-term safe operation.
3. Except for some models that use sliding bearings on the upper part of the main shaft, the rest of the transmission parts of the machine use rolling bearings. Therefore, it must be operated under good lubrication conditions, otherwise it will damage the bearings and shorten their service life. Please refer to the lubrication system table for specific refueling time and types of grease to be added.
4. It is strictly prohibited for metal blocks to enter the machine. If found, stop immediately and remove them, otherwise it will damage the grinding rollers and rings.
5. The feeding should be uniform and not too much or too little. Excessive feeding will block the air duct, reduce production, and easily burn out the motor. Insufficient feeding will also reduce production. Refer to Table 1 for feeding particle size, and it is strictly prohibited to add large pieces of material into the machine.
6. Air volume adjustment: The air volume control valve located on the inlet pipe of the fan is generally opened to the maximum position and adjusted appropriately according to the fineness and production requirements. Low air volume and high fineness. However, it should be noted that if the air volume is too low, materials are prone to settle in the air duct below the host. Please adjust it appropriately. The regulating valve located on the exhaust pipe at the outlet of the fan can be adjusted to ensure that there is no dust spraying from the feed inlet during normal operation.
7. Fineness adjustment: Depending on the size, softness, moisture content, and specific gravity of the material, the processing thickness also varies. The analyzer above can be adjusted to have high speed, high fineness, low speed, and low fineness. By increasing the fineness, the output will correspondingly decrease. If the requirements are still not met, the fan air volume and speed should be adjusted, and users can flexibly control them.
8. The scrap limit of the grinding roller and ring shall not be less than 10mm in minimum remaining wall thickness.
9. When stopping the machine, first stop the feeding and continue the operation of the main machine to continue grinding the residual material. After about one minute, turn off the main machine motor and analyzer motor to stop the grinding work, and then stop the fan motor to blow away the residual powder.
Working principle
The structure of the machine (with installation and connection diagram attached) mainly consists of the main engine, analyzer, finished cyclone separator, micro powder cyclone separator, and air duct. Among them, the host is composed of a rack, an intake volute, a shovel, a grinding roller, a grinding ring, a cover, and a motor. When working, the materials that need to be crushed are fed into the machine from the feeding hopper on the side of the main engine cover. With the help of the grinding roller device suspended on the main engine's plum blossom frame, it revolves around the vertical axis while rotating on its own. Due to the force of the rotating force, the grinding roller swings outward and presses tightly against the grinding ring, so that the material lifted by the shovel is sent between the grinding roller and the grinding ring. The rolling surface of the grinding roller achieves the purpose of crushing the material.
Wind selection process: After the material is ground, the fan blows air into the main casing to blow up the powder. The powder is sorted by an analyzer placed above the grinding chamber. The fine and coarse materials fall into the grinding chamber for regrinding, while the fine materials that meet the specifications flow into the large cyclone collector with the wind. After collection, they are discharged through the powder outlet pipe to become the finished product. The airflow is returned to the fan through the return air duct at the upper end of the large cyclone. The air path is circulating and operates under negative pressure. The circulating air path flows under negative pressure, and the increased airflow in the circulating air path enters the small cyclone collector through the exhaust pipe between the fan and the main engine. The airflow carries fine powder and is collected. The excess airflow then enters the bag filter and is purified before being discharged into the atmosphere.
