The structural characteristics and working principle of the 4R Raymond mill are different from those of a vertical mill. As a manufacturer, we will now analyze and introduce the R-type Raymond mill.
The 4R Raymond mill is equipped with a built-in high-efficiency powder selector. Use a screw conveyor to feed the material to the center of a horizontally rotating grinding disc, where the material is subjected to centrifugal force and moves from the center to the periphery. On the outer raceway of the R-type Raymond mill grinding disc, there are 2 to 5 grinding rollers installed. The material is crushed by compression and grinding between the grinding roller and the grinding disc raceway, and then continues to move around. Around the grinding disc are air nozzles, and air (which can be hot gas) enters the inner cavity of the R-type Raymond mill, spirals up, and carries the crushed material to the powder selection machine above for powder selection. Coarse particles fall and mix with the newly fed material before returning to the grinding disc for crushing. The selected fine particles - fine powder - pass through the middle of the powder selector rotor and are guided away from the R-type Raymond mill.
