The hydraulic door style of the single screw press is a suspended screw press dewatering machine, with a speed of 10-15 revolutions per minute. This press is mainly designed for materials with low fiber content and has good dewatering effect after crushing. The machine is mainly composed of a power system, gearbox, discharge port, frame (all standard machines are made of carbon steel), as well as a feed box, spindle screw, forced gate, screen cylinder (all standard machines are made of stainless steel), etc. The reducer can be equipped with cycloidal pin reducer, parallel axis helical gear reducer, and spiral bevel gear reducer according to the needs. The screen cylinder can be made of wedge-shaped wire screen cylinder, punched plate screen cylinder, square steel screen cylinder, etc. The gap of the screen cylinder can be customized according to different material and process requirements. The gap of the screen cylinder can be selected in the range of 0.2-2.5mm, and customized processing is required if it exceeds this range. The main spindle spiral is welded with 304 stainless steel.
