The 3DP-80 series high-pressure reciprocating pump is mainly suitable for use as a process pump in the petroleum, chemical, and fertilizer industries, as a water injection pump in oil fields and salt mines, as a pressure testing pump and booster pump for steel pipes and pressure vessels, as well as for high-pressure cleaning and descaling in industries such as construction, shipbuilding, and chemical engineering. It is also used as a transmission source for boiler feedwater and hydraulic machinery, as well as for departments such as food, pharmaceuticals, and instrumentation that require high-pressure fluids and high process pulse requirements.
Working structure principle
A high-pressure reciprocating pump is composed of an electric motor, a coupling, a reducer, a transmission part, a pump head part, a common base, etc. It is driven by an electric motor through a reducer, belt drive, or continuously variable speed controller to rotate the crankshaft, pushing the connecting rod through a slider (crosshead) to make the plunger move back and forth in a straight line, and achieving the purpose of suction and discharge under the opening and closing of the inlet valve of the pump head. The material of the high-pressure reciprocating pump head can be customized according to the needs of users for conveying various high-pressure liquids, using forged carbon steel alloys, stainless steel, etc. The main flow parts such as inlet and outlet valve seats, valve sleeves, valve disc packing boxes, plungers, etc. are made of 2Cr13, stainless steel, non-metallic materials, and the valve ball is made of 9Cr13, ceramic, F46 and other materials.
The high-pressure reciprocating pump produced by our company has advanced design and novel structure. The technical conditions of the pump comply with GB9234 "Technical Conditions for Mobile Reciprocating Pumps", and the test method of the pump complies with GB7784 "Test Method for Mobile Reciprocating Pumps". It has the characteristics of smooth operation, easy maintenance, safe and reliable sealing, long service life of vulnerable parts, and high volumetric efficiency of the pump.

Selection precautions
1. The purpose of the pump;
2. Properties of the conveying medium (name, concentration, temperature, density, viscosity, corrosiveness, etc.);

5. Work site conditions and work system;
6. Other special requirements (such as explosion-proof, insulation, high temperature, etc.).
◇ Suitable for professional pumps such as valve and pipeline pressure testing pumps, metering pumps, high-pressure cleaning pumps, process pumps, dosing pumps, hydraulic pumps, oil transfer pumps, etc
Assembly forms: horizontal, vertical, fixed, and mobile.
◇ Transmission forms: including electric motor, diesel engine, gearbox, pulley, electromagnetic speed regulation, and variable frequency speed regulation.
Technical parameters serve as selection references, and each type of pump is equipped with a safety pressure regulating valve, allowing for arbitrary adjustment of pump pressure.
When selecting, if the flow rate in the table is not suitable, electromagnetic speed regulation, frequency conversion speed regulation, and changing the plunger diameter can be used to adjust the flow rate to meet the selection requirements.
