Fleck3900 is a dual piston industrial control valve that can be configured as a time control and flow control type. The flow type is a fully automatic regeneration controlled by the set flow rate, and the flow rate can be set according to the different resin filling amount and water quality conditions. Time type refers to the conversion of time based on the resin loading amount and water quality, combined with the specific hourly demand. The fully automatic regeneration is controlled by the set time (the regeneration cycle can be set as needed within 7 or 12 days, and the regeneration time can be selected arbitrarily within 24 hours).

1. The piston type valve core not only has outstanding hydraulic performance, but also is sturdy, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant.
2. The entire device is operated centrally by a multi-channel servo valve equipped with a timer, coupled with a microcomputer control system, which is safe, reliable, has a low failure rate, and significantly improves the level of scientific management. The microcontroller also has a specific function of automatically adjusting and compensating for the remaining water volume to maintain the optimal operating point.
3. Without the need for a dedicated salt production system, this device cleverly designs a self-priming injector powered by inlet water pressure in the centralized control valve, which performs salt suction and replenishment at regular intervals according to process requirements. The preparation of the entire saltwater only requires a PE material regeneration box located near the exchange tank, with a built-in filter shelf, clean liquid tank, and a compact liquid level controller for the regeneration box. It eliminates the need for salt tanks, salt pumps, necessary transmission and distribution pipelines, and power distribution equipment, as well as the additional investment in dedicated water treatment rooms.
4. Compact structure, small footprint, reasonable design of the entire device, exquisite configuration, light weight, and can be assembled on generally flat cement floors.
