The machine tool host consists of a bed body, crossbeam, Z-axis device, operation control part, air and water circuits, and other parts.
(1) Bed part:
The bed body adopts an integral welded structure, which is subjected to rough machining after annealing to eliminate internal stress, and is precision machined after secondary vibration aging treatment, effectively solving the stress caused by welding and processing, thereby greatly improving the stability of the machine tool. The X, Y, and Z axes are all equipped with imported Japanese servo motors, high rigidity and precision reducers, high-precision ball screws, high-precision helical gears and racks, high-precision linear guides and other transmission mechanisms, effectively ensuring the accuracy of transmission; The machine tool is equipped with an automatic lubrication device, the cutting area is equipped with a dust removal and smoke exhaust device, and a waste truck is installed at the bottom of the cutting area, which can be regularly pulled out to clean the waste.
(2) Beam section:
The crossbeam adopts a lightweight casting structure, undergoes rough machining after annealing to eliminate internal stress, and is precision machined after secondary vibration aging treatment, which effectively solves the stress caused by casting and processing and greatly improves the stability of the machine tool.
(3) Z-axis up and down device:
The Z-axis up and down device is used to achieve the up and down movement of the cutting head. After the capacitive sensor in the Z-axis device detects the distance between the cutting nozzle and the surface of the board, the signal is fed back to the control system, and then the control system controls the Z-axis motor to drive the cutting head up and down, thereby controlling the distance between the cutting nozzle and the board to remain constant, effectively ensuring the cutting quality.
(4) Gas and water systems:
The gas path of YC-GQ3015 fiber laser cutting machine has two parts. One part is the cutting gas provided to the cutting head, which can use clean and dry compressed air, high-purity oxygen, and high-purity nitrogen. The other part is the auxiliary gas for equipment movement, all of which are clean and dry compressed air.
Cutting gases are divided into three types: nitrogen, oxygen, and air, and these three gases can be freely selected manually. The auxiliary gas in the workbench directly drives the cylinder, utilizing the high-efficiency cleaning ability of the dust removal fan to achieve smoke and dust removal.
The waterway system mainly consists of two parts: one part is the cooling water that enters the laser after coming out of the chiller, and then returns to the chiller after circulating through the refrigeration and air conditioning system. After entering the laser cutting head section for circulation, it returns to the chiller.
Cutting head and follower part
The cutting head adopts an imported fiber laser dedicated cutting head and a non-contact height automatic tracking system with capacitors. According to the physical characteristics of fiber lasers, the 5-inch focal length lens that comes standard with this cutting head can be used for cutting different thicknesses of sheets, eliminating the hassle of replacing different focusing lenses. Suitable lenses can also be replaced according to the customer's board requirements.
