3、 Product Usage Description:Explosion proof battery boxMainly used for explosion-proof function during overcharging or overdischarging of individual cells or modules. When conducting battery overcharge and discharge tests, place the battery in an explosion-proof box and connect it to an external charge and discharge tester to protect the operator and the instrument.
4、 Characteristics of explosion-proof test box:
1. Box door structure: single door, double layered door, inner box door made of stainless steel material, box door with observation window;
2. Box door: The box door is connected to the box body by a strong hinge, with an explosion-proof cold handle door lock and equipped with an explosion-proof chain;
3. Box door sealing: The box door has a double-layer sealing method, with one layer of black sealing strip and the other layer of silicone sealing, effectively preventing smoke from overflowing;
4. Battery placement board: Each box is equipped with an asbestos board to place batteries and provide insulation;
5. Storage board: Each test box is equipped with a storage board, which is covered with PTFE tape.
6. Insulation inside the box: All boxes inside the equipment box are covered with PTFE tape for easy cleaning, while also protecting the inner box from corrosion and providing flame retardancy;
