1、 System principle
Due to the fact that the hardness of water is mainly composed of calcium and magnesium ions in the water, it is necessary to use a softened water resin to adsorb the calcium and magnesium ions in the water onto the resin, thereby removing them from the water and obtaining soft water. When the softened water resin absorbs a certain amount of calcium and magnesium ions, its adsorption capacity will decrease. At this point, resin regeneration treatment should be carried out. Regeneration treatment is to wash the resin with concentrated salt water to replace the calcium and magnesium ions in the resin, producing concentrated water for discharge.
2、 Process flow
During the water supply process, the raw water is pressurized and passed through a resin layer to undergo adsorption, producing soft water. The backwashing process involves injecting water under pressure from the bottom of the resin layer to remove foreign objects from the resin. During the backwashing process, concentrated salt water is pressurized through the resin layer to displace the calcium and magnesium ions in the resin and generate concentrated water for discharge.

1. Power supply:
1) The system must have a power supply of 0.55KW, 380V, 50HZ, and 3F five wires;
2) Deliver to the front connection of the main switch in the control box of the pure water room.
2. Raw water source:
1) Water volume ≥ 2T/HR; Pressure: 0.2MPa;
2) Configure pipes with a diameter of DN15, made of UPVC or other materials;
3) Provide one meter outside the boundary line of the pure water station, with reserved valve and flange interfaces.
3. Test chemicals:
1) Softening with NaCl: 5 KG
