This machine is an improved version of the Feifeng FF4400, with an ultra long sewing table that provides a wider operating space. The foot lifting device is divided into manual and foot pedal control, using a large three-dimensional rotary shuttle to hook the thread and a flower pole to pick the thread. The upper and lower shafts are supported by needle roller bearings, driven by synchronous gear belts, and lubricated by a plunger type oil pump system. The whole machine adopts the synchronous feeding method of needle bar swing presser foot feeding fabric teeth, which has a light and smooth transmission, low noise, high durability, and is safe with the rotary shuttle in terms of comprehensive performance. Specially suitable for sewing car seat cushions, seat belts, airbags and other car accessories, and can also be used for sewing large equipment such as tents and parachutes.
