working principle:
When the planetary carrier rotates, it drives the two stirring frames and dispersing shafts inside the box to revolve around the axis of the reaction kettle while rotating at high speed, thereby subjecting the material to strong shear and binding effects, achieving the purpose of full dispersion and mixing; There is a scraper on the planetary carrier that rotates with the carrier, constantly scraping and wiping against the barrel wall to ensure that there is no residual material on the barrel wall and improve the mixing effect. The length of mixing time is controlled by the user based on the properties of the material and can be adjusted through the control panel. The cover and planetary mixer are lifted and lowered by hydraulic pressure, ensuring smooth, fast, and lightweight operation.
This device can work under vacuum and continuously discharge water and other volatile substances, making it suitable for use as a degassing kettle. The reaction kettle can be heated or cooled by circulating oil and water as needed; Steam heating can also be used.
