Product Introduction:
This series of calcination and annealing furnaces is widely used for annealing sapphire crystal rods and chips, sintering special ceramics, and sintering in other ultra-high temperature industries. It is the most ideal equipment for major research institutes, universities, and quality inspection units. The electric furnace adopts a furnace control split design, with U-shaped silicon molybdenum rods as heating elements, using PID intelligent program temperature control, and equipped with overheating and disconnection protection for fully automatic operation. The heating elements are distributed around the furnace, with uniform thermal field temperature and small temperature difference. The surface temperature of the furnace shell is low. The furnace adopts new special refractory fiber products, and the furnace temperature can reach 1800 ℃.
