1 Product Usage:This series of trolley type resistance furnaces is a national standard energy-saving periodic operation furnace, mainly used for stress relief, aging, and heat treatment of steel castings, automotive parts, rollers, steel balls, metal structural parts, welded parts, and various mechanical parts.
2 Product Structure:The shell of this series of electric furnaces is welded from steel plates and steel sections, and the trolley is welded from steel sections and steel plates. The trolley reduces heat radiation and convection losses through soft contact with the furnace lining and sand sealing mechanism, effectively ensuring the sealing of the furnace body. The furnace lining adopts a full fiber structure, which saves about 30% energy compared to brick furnaces. High quality long fiber felt is used as raw material, and special equipment is used to make 300 × 300 × 300 specifications. A certain amount of compression is left during the processing to ensure that each ceramic fiber block expands in different directions after the module is built, so that the modules are squeezed into a seamless whole, achieving good heat storage effect. Moreover, this product is easy and fast to construct, and can be directly fixed to the stainless steel anchor round nails of the furnace shell steel plate. Compared with other products, the advantages are low thermal conductivity, low heat capacity, excellent corrosion resistance, excellent thermal stability, thermal shock resistance, insulation, and the anchor is set on the cold surface of the furnace body, which improves the high temperature resistance strength of the fiber.
