Overview and structural principles

The 1151T integrated three valve group is a component of differential pressure transmitters. By integrating valve groups with various types of differential pressure transmitters, the connection of differential pressure transmitters is simplified and secured, and leakage points are reduced. Three valve group can be matched with differential pressure transmitters such as 1151, 3051, EJA, ST3000 series.

Structural principle
The three valve group consists of a valve body, two shut-off valves, and a balancing valve.
The operating procedure for putting the differential pressure transmitter into operation:
Firstly, open the two drain valves on the differential pressure transmitter, then open the balance valve, and slowly open the two shut-off valves to remove air or dirt from the pressure pipe. Close the two drain valves, then close the balance valve, and the transmitter can be put into operation.
Operating procedure for zero point online calibration of differential pressure transmitter:
First, open the balance valve and close the two shut-off valves to perform zero calibration on the transmitter.
