The 1-YA1-500 press (including punch press and hydraulic press) is a versatile press with a sophisticated structure. The press has the characteristics of wide application and high production efficiency. It can be widely used in processes such as cutting, punching, feeding, bending, riveting, and forming. By applying strong pressure to metal blanks to cause plastic deformation and fracture of the metal, they are processed into parts. When the mechanical press is working, it is driven by an electric motor through a triangular belt to drive a large pulley (usually also serving as a flywheel), which drives the crank slider mechanism through a gear pair and clutch, causing the slider and punch to move down in a straight line. After the forging work is completed, the slider of the mechanical press moves upward, the clutch automatically disengages, and the automatic device on the crankshaft is connected, causing the slider to stop near the top dead center.
