working principle
A nozzle that operates on the principle of siphon vacuum generates a jet of compressed air when it is sprayed out at the front end of the nozzle. The air in the water pipeline is carried away by the jet and forms a negative pressure vacuum, which then attracts the water in the waterway to the nozzle outlet and mixes it with compressed air before spraying it out. Two types of fluids are mixed at the front end of the nozzle to produce ultrasonic oscillations up to 7MHz, which atomize into fine water mist particles. These water mist particles, with a large specific surface area, are sprayed into the air through the nozzle and undergo moist heat exchange with dry and hot air, achieving the goal of isentropic humidification of the air.
