1.Using at medium speed within the speed range can extend the lifespan of the instrument.
2.The instrument should be placed on a sturdy workbench, the environment should be kept clean and tidy, ventilated and dry, and the water supply and drainage should be convenient.
3.Before using the instrument, place the speed control knob in the minimum position and turn off the "oscillation switch".
4.Attention should be paid to the following points when packaging culture test bottles: ① uniform distribution; ② The liquid filling amount should not be too small to prevent the test bottle from floating; ③ Seal the bottle mouth to prevent condensed water droplets from dripping into the bottle.
5.Inject tap water into the water tank, with the water level slightly higher than the liquid level inside the culture bottle.
6.Connect the external power supply, place the power switch in the "on" position, and the indicator light will turn on.
7.Select constant temperature:
a.setting temperaturePress the SET key to set or view the temperature setpoint. Press the SET key once and the digital display character will start flashing, indicating that the instrument has entered the set state. Press the △ key to increase the set value, press the ▽ key to decrease the set value. Long press the △ or ▽ key to quickly change the data. Press the SET key again to return the instrument to normal working state. After the temperature setting is completed, the heating indicator light will start to light up.
b.Pre setPress the SET button for 3 seconds to enter the inner layer parameter setting state of the instrument. *The parameter that appears and flashes is the advance amount that stops immediately. The advance amount parameter should be carefully adjusted to reduce temperature overshoot. When the instrument controls the heating output, it will cut off heating in advance. When the temperature drops below the advance amount, it will start heating again. The output (relay) will not work within the set value and advance amount range. This can reduce the number of relay actions and extend the service life of the relay. Example: If the set value is 50.0 ℃ and the advance amount is 0.5, the relay will release when the instrument control heats up to 49.5 ℃, and the relay will close again when the temperature drops to 50.0 ℃ -0.5 ℃=49.5 ℃. The larger the advance amount, the fewer times the relay will act, and if the advance amount is too large, it will reduce the control accuracy. After adjusting the advance parameter, press the SET button for 3 seconds to return the instrument to its working state.(Note: Pre setting is specifically set to prevent excessive temperature surge after heating stops, and generally does not require modification).
c.Correction of errorsWhen confirming that the value displayed on the instrument is not the correct measurement value, the displayed value can be corrected. Press the SET key for 3 seconds to enter the inner menu of the instrument panel. The * parameters that appear and flash are E00, which is the advance quantity. Press the SET key again to display and flash the parameters, which are the error correction parameters. Use the △ or ▽ keys to modify this parameter. The range of error correction is -9.9 ℃ to+9.9 ℃. After the correction is completed, press the SET button again to exit. The correction value of the instrument is 0.0 when it leaves the factory. When using it, it is necessary to prevent correcting the instrument that displays correctly to be incorrect.
8.Select the timer and adjust the timer knob to the "timer" or "normally open" position.
9.Turn on the "oscillation switch", the indicator light will turn on, slowly adjust the speed control knob, observe the speed display screen, and raise it to the desired speed.
10.Before each shutdown, all switches should be placed in a non working state, the timer should be set to "zero", and the power should be cut off.
11.Do not use heaters when the water tank is empty. If the instrument is not used for a long time, the water in the water tank should be drained and wiped dry with a soft cloth.
4Water bath constant temperature shakerMaintenance and upkeep:
1.Proper use and maintenance of instruments can prolong their service life by keeping them in good working condition.
2.During continuous operation, the instrument should be regularly inspected every three months to check for any water droplets, dirt, or other debris falling onto the motor and control components; Check the water quality and cleanliness inside the water tank; Check fuses, control components, and fastening screws.
3.The bearings of the oscillator transmission part have been filled with an appropriate amount of lubricating grease (No. 1 calcium sodium based) before leaving the factory. During continuous operation of the instrument, lubricating grease should be added every six months, with a filling amount of about one-third of the bearing space.
4.The natural wear and tear of the instrument after long-term use is a normal phenomenon. After using the instrument for one year, if abnormal noise is found in the motor, abnormal heating system, worn bearings in the transmission part, loose or cracked belts, abnormal heating constant temperature, failure of electronic control components, etc. are found, our company will continue to provide high-quality services and assist in handling them.
