1、 Product Overview:

The GLT-FK series dust concentration detector (wall mounted) adopts high-precision aging resistant sensors, intrinsic safety explosion-proof structure, and wall mounted stainless steel box design. It is suitable for various dust generating working environments such as production workshops, material storage warehouses, material yards, offices, belts, and wind power feeding. The two-wire 4-20mA output signal can be easily integrated into the user's automation management system. Real time online monitoring of dust environmental conditions, timely alarm or activation of dust removal and reduction equipment, to control the dust content in the environment within the standard range and reduce the damage of dust to human health and the environment. Dust concentration detectors are playing an increasingly important role in the energy-saving and efficiency enhancing processes implemented by enterprises.
2、 Working principle
(Wall mounted) GLT-FK series(Wall mounted) integrated explosion-proof workshop dust detectorAdopting accurate and reliable AC electrostatic measurement technology. Under the action of the airflow generated by the auxiliary gas source, the dust particles in the tested environment are introduced from the inlet of the dust concentration detector through the electrostatic sensor to the outlet of the dust concentration detector. The weak current generated by the dust particles in this movement is collected by the sensor and transmitted to the transmitter. After being filtered and amplified by the transmitter, it is processed into a 4-20mA standard output value that is linearly related to the dust content.

4.2 Transmitter Unit
1 standard two-wire transmitter, 24V circuit power supply, 4-20mA current signal output, aluminum alloy shell is waterproof.
2. Open the sealing cover to see the wiring terminals. The signal cable is fixed to the terminal post through the wiring hole on the transmitter housing (wiring is not positive or negative). Turn the locking screw of the wiring hole to the appropriate position to prevent water from entering, and finally cover the sealing cover for secondary sealing.
5、 Instrument installation
1. The dust concentration detector (wall mounted) is installed and fixed on the wall.
2. The air inlet and outlet should not be obstructed, otherwise it will affect the measurement results but will not cause damage to the instrument.
3. The installation position is generally selected at a height of 80cm to 200cm from the ground.
4. Auxiliary gas source connection pipe with a diameter of 10mm high-pressure pipe, and ensure that the pipeline is not bent.
5. The connecting cables are 4 * 0.75mm ² cables, of which 2 are connected to two-wire transmitters and the other 2 are connected to solenoid valves.
6. The external cable and auxiliary air source connection pipe should be fixed nearby to prevent back and forth swinging, which may cause mechanical damage to the transmission wires and pipelines.
