overview
The rapid detection test strip for β - lactam tetracycline cephalosporin antibiotics has the characteristics of convenience, speed, and sensitivity, and is suitable for on-site large-scale sample detection. There are three detection lines (tetracycline antibiotics (T1), β - lactam antibiotics (T2), and cephalosporin antibiotics (T3)) and one quality control line (C) distributed on the nitrocellulose membrane of the test strip. After the gold labeled antibody in the micropores is dissolved in the milk sample, it is incubated at 50 ℃ for 3 minutes. The test strip is inserted into the gold labeled micropores and reacted for 4 minutes. The results are determined by comparing the color intensity of the T and C zones. Regardless of the presence or absence of drugs in the sample, a purple red band will appear in zone C.
