Construction process
1. After the completion of the scaffolding foundation construction, the overall scaffolding construction will be carried out. The standard for construction is that the appearance must be overall flat, horizontal and vertical, with consistent geometric shapes. The inner connection is firm, flat and smooth.
2. All starting poles should be set longitudinally staggered with 1800mm and 3600mm. Avoid extending the vertical poles in the horizontal direction, increase the overall stability of the scaffold, and fill the insufficient part at the top with 1800mm steel pipes.
3. The procedure for starting the vertical pole is to first erect the inner pole and then erect the outer pole. Maintain a clearance distance of 500mm between the inner pole and the building. Extend the parallel inner pole outward by 1000 mm and take the position of the outer pole with a clear distance. In the future, according to the design specifications of the scaffold, inner and outer uprights will be set at equal distances.
4. The first step of construction should extend around the building and finally coincide with the first facade. After the upright is erected, it should be protected by temporary ties or slant support. Do not operate alone, which may cause scaffold collapse and injury.
5. After the first step is completed, the laying of the joists should be done simultaneously. Place two joists equidistant between the inner and outer crossbars, and securely connect them to the small crossbars. Simultaneously lay bamboo fences. The bamboo fence should be overlapped sufficiently and tied to the main crossbar with a single double loop of 18 # lead wire.
6. After completing the second height of the scaffold, connect the wall connecting members. When connecting, the verticality of the upright should be carefully calibrated before fixing. Step up 2 steps from the first step, cross left and right three times, and set the pull point.
7. After connecting the wall connecting rod, fix the external upright rod and diagonal rod at the same time, and remove the temporary tie and diagonal brace. In the future, diagonal braces, wall connecting braces, and scaffolding construction will be synchronized and gradually elevated.
8. In order to ensure that each upright pole of the scaffold is uniformly stressed, the upright pole and the small horizontal pole should be symmetrically arranged.
After completing the two-step height, according to the regulations for high-altitude operations, protective railings and foot guards should be installed on the inner side of the outer pole. The protective railing can be selected with a length of 4500mm and a height of 1000mm from the step surface. It should be fastened with right angle fasteners and not tied with lead wire.
The 10 pole extension work includes diagonal pole extension and vertical pole extension, both of which must be operated by two people in coordination. It is not allowed to operate alone, otherwise it may cause accidents.
11. The tightening torque of all fasteners should be maintained within the range of 39.2-19 Nm measured by the torque wrench. At the same time, it is required that the opening of the fastener (i.e. the joint of the bolt) faces outward. The closure opening of the connecting fasteners of the inner upright pole and the inner horizontal pole is facing towards the inner side of the wall; The closure opening of the external upright pole and external crossbeam fastener should face towards the outside of the scaffold. Avoid hooking the clothes of workers during operation, which may cause accidents.
12. The construction procedure of steel pipe scaffolding is as follows: inner pole g outer pole g small horizontal bar g large horizontal bar g support fence g protective railing g diagonal rod g connecting wall pole g bamboo fence g dense mesh.
13. During the construction process of scaffolding, if there are building gates or construction entrances and exits that must be left, some of the floor standing poles need to be removed. In principle, 1-2 sets of inner and outer standing poles can be left empty. But it is necessary to set up herringbone diagonal bars on both sides of the opening, intersecting with the suspended upper part. A diagonal brace should be installed inside and outside. The starting point of the diagonal pole should be set from the bottom of the second upright pole at the opening.
14. Timely calibrate the verticality of the uprights and the levelness of the step level crossbars during the scaffolding construction process. Maintain consistent step, vertical, and horizontal spacing.
