1、 Overview
This equipment complies with the standards Q/GDW 1354-2013 "Functional Specification for Smart Energy Meters of State Grid Corporation of China", Q/GDW 1365-2013 "Technical Specification for Information Exchange Security Certification of Smart Energy Meters of State Grid Corporation of China", DL/T 645-2007 "Communication Protocol for Multi functional Energy Meters", DL/T 460-2005 "Verification Regulations for AC Energy Meter Inspection Devices", Q/G · DW 11421-2015 Technical Specification for External Circuit Breakers of Energy Meters, and Q/GDW 11179.8-2015 Technical Specification for Components and Devices for Energy Meters - Part 8: Load Switches. The technical specifications for the external load switch detection device should comply with GB14048-2012 "Technical Specification for Low Voltage Switchgear". Capable of conducting (level control test), (driving capability test), (phase line leakage current test), (power on delay test), (automatic closing time test), (synchronicity test), (trip characteristic test), (temperature rise test) and other projects according to the requirements in the standard.
The equipment adopts PLC as the main control unit, combined with human-machine interface for human-machine dialogue for control and automatic testing.
Composed of a functional testing platform and a trip testing platform.
2、 Equipment composition
1. Functional testing bench
1) This machine tests the following functions: (level control test), (driving capability test), (phase line leakage current test), (power on delay test), (automatic closing time test), (synchronicity test);
2) Power input: single-phase 220V, 50HZ, 10KVA;
3) The shell is made of aluminum profiles, iron sheet baked paint, and stainless steel;
4) The external dimensions are approximately 1.8 meters (length) * 0.8 meters (width) * 1.7 meters (height);
5) There are 40000 casters at the bottom for easy mobility;
6) The panel is equipped with 15 circuit breaker fixtures;
7) Fixtures: Each workstation adopts an independent manual crimping device, which is beautiful, durable, and highly reliable;
8) Wiring method: stable and reliable, beautiful and elegant, simple, using parallel wiring, each workstation is independently controlled, and an expansion cascade interface is reserved on the platform.
9) The test bench is simple and only handles fixtures, with a reasonable and reliable connection between the standard cabinet and the test bench.
10) Fixture: Each workstation can be operated independently, and the current terminal can be crimped in place by operating a separate crimping handle. Then, the corresponding screws of the tested switch can be manually tightened for easy installation and disassembly of the product. The interface should be simple, beautiful, and reliable.
11) Operation and installation: Before testing, manually grab the product to the testing station, place the product on the corresponding terminal of the station, and use a screwdriver or fixture to tighten the corresponding screw of the switch.

12) Operation and installation: Before testing, manually grab the product to the testing station, place the product on the corresponding terminal of the station, and use a screwdriver or fixture to tighten the corresponding screw of the switch.
3. Software functions
1) The software includes functions such as user management, scheme configuration, test point configuration, test project selection, equipment testing and setup, etc.
3) User management: includes two functions: password modification and super user management. Password modification allows any user to change their login password;
4) System interface requirements: The interface is divided into three parts: settings area, operation area, waveform display area, and test data display area.
5) Set parameters: including test item selection and test current selection; Test time setting, etc;
6) Operation area: including: closing button; Open button; Data storage;
7) Data display area: including: power on time t (S); Allowable energy I2t; Effective value of instantaneous tripping current of Ieff hotel; Effective value of the first half wave in the Ieff half instantaneous trip test; Effective value of current with long delay; Display the status of the circuit breaker switch at all times; The computer will display a test status prompt during the testing process, and an alarm will be triggered in case of any abnormalities;
8) Data storage: After completing a test, the results are automatically judged as qualified or unqualified. If you want to keep the test data, you can click the store button. At this time, a data dialogue button will pop up, requiring you to enter the product model, specifications, number, test date, and file number. The file number will be automatically generated. Click the store button to save it automatically. Can export numbers to a computer for printing;
3、 Test project parameters

1. Level control test
1) The function should meet the requirements in Table 9
2) Control voltage: AC220V, voltage resolution 0.1V, ± 1%.
3) The feedback voltage for closing detection is 220V, and the feedback voltage for opening detection is 0V;

2. Driving capability test
1) Test requirements: In an environment of 23 ± 2 ℃, apply 70% to 120% of the rated control voltage and connect a 100k Ω± 1% resistor in series. The voltage signal is applied to the control terminal of the circuit breaker, and the circuit breaker should be able to reliably operate 50 times, with an interval of 10 seconds after each operation is completed.;
In an environment of 23 ± 2 ℃, apply a control voltage of 380V and connect a 100k Ω resistor (±% 1) in series. The voltage signal is applied to the control terminal of the circuit breaker.
After the test, the circuit breaker should be undamaged;
2) The output AC voltage of this device is adjustable from 0 to 450V, with a resolution of 0.1V
3) Pushing the circuit breaker to close: 1~9999 times
4) Interval time for pushing the circuit breaker to close: 1~99S

3. Phase line leakage current test
1) Test requirements: After the control unit is closed, the steady-state current consumed by each phase line should be less than 0.2mA. The equipment should be able to automatically test the leakage current of each phase with a current resolution of 0.001mA. After testing, it should automatically determine whether it is qualified
2) Leakage current measurement range: 0.01~0.3mA

4. Power on delay test
1) Test requirements: The control unit shall conduct a power on delay test on circuit breakers with semi-automatic and fully automatic control modes, and shall meet the requirements of 4.2.8.
When the system is powered off and reconnected, the control signal is sent out for 4 seconds, and the circuit breaker remains in its initial state.
2) Timing test time: 0~999.9s
3) Power supply: AC voltage adjustable from 0 to 450V, resolution of 0.1V

5. Automatic closing time test
1) Test requirements: For circuit breakers with fully automatic control mode, the closing time test should meet the requirements of 4.3.7.
The system is live and the circuit breaker is in the open state. Measure the time between the issuance of the control signal and the closure of the circuit breaker contacts
2) Timing test time: 0~999.9s

6. Simultaneous testing
1) Test requirements: Measure the closing and opening time of each pole of the circuit breaker, which should meet the requirements of 5.2.3.
When the circuit breaker is opened and closed, all contacts must act simultaneously; When opening, all contacts must be separated and the opening time must be consistent; When closing, all contacts must be closed and the closing time must be consistent;
2) Supply control power supply: AC voltage adjustable from 0 to 450V, resolution of 0.1V
