
1、 Overview: This testing machine complies with the standard requirements of GB 13539.1-2008 Low Voltage Fuses Part 1, Section 8.4, to test the operating characteristics of fuses, including verification of agreed non melting current and agreed melting current, verification of rated current of "g" fuses, time current characteristics, etc; Provide a comprehensive and convenient testing plan for various quality inspection institutes and fuse manufacturers.
2、 System composition
This testing machine consists of two DC constant current sources, a PLC programmable controller, a computer, a current transmitter, a current sensor, a movable chassis, etc.
This testing machine can stably output the required test current, eliminate the influence of power supply voltage fluctuations, connecting wires or copper bars, and changes in test sample resistance on the test current, and improve the accuracy of test results. This power supply has low loss, high efficiency, easy operation, and complete control and detection functions. Computers and oscilloscopes are installed on the equipment, making operation convenient and high-end. (Oscilloscope provided by the customer)
