1、 System Overview:
Contactor is a low-voltage electrical device used to frequently connect or disconnect AC and DC circuits over long distances. Its main control object is the electric motor, and it can also be used to control other electrical loads. To ensure reliable connection and disconnection, it is required to have high performance. The contactor test is an important means of inspecting the quality of contactors, and among all test items, the life test is one of the important test items. The electrical life of an AC contactor refers to the number of load operations that it can withstand without the need for repair or replacement of parts under specified normal working conditions. The electrical life test can not only obtain the electrical life index of the contactor, but also help analyze the reasons for contactor failure, providing important basis for improving product quality
The electrical life test device for AC contactors is designed based on the requirements of GB8871-2001 (AC contactor energy-saving devices), GB14048.6-2008 "Low voltage switchgear and control equipment - Contactors and motor starters - Part 2: AC semiconductor motor controllers and starters (including soft starters)", JB/T 10522-2005 "Reliability test methods for small capacity AC contactors" and other relevant standards for contactor electrical life testing. The product adopts advanced and reliable technology and equipment, with a complete system and complete functions, capable of conducting a complete set of contactor electrical life tests.
2、 Equipment features:
1) The control system of the AC contactor electrical life test device can monitor the switch status of each test cabinet and the switch status of the electrical life system, monitor the status of each test sample, monitor the status of the test transformer, input and record the test parameters, record and edit the test process (test times and progress, etc.), intelligently control the test process (effectively allocate the duration of each test according to the load situation), monitor the safety status of the test, alarm and record abnormal test situations, query historical test records, etc.
2) The AC contactor electrical life test device is equipped with a high configuration touch screen operation, which does not require any external auxiliary equipment for testing. It is fully automatic control and easy to operate. The system has two methods: fully automatic testing and manual testing, which only require setting simple experimental parameters.
3) When operating, only the experimental parameters need to be set, without the need for manual monitoring, manual recording, curve drawing and other tedious labor, reducing labor intensity and improving work efficiency. After the work is completed, the data can also be read to the computer for viewing.
